Crosslake Veterinary Hospital is a five doctor companion animal hospital focusing on evidence-based medicine and detailed patient care. We feel a thorough physical exam at each visit is essential to being an advocate for patient health, and offer tailored support and education to our clients to assist them in making the best decision for their pet. Our practice offers wellness services, preventive health, internal medicine and surgical services, diagnostic testing, dentistry, and urgent care services.
Crosslake Vet completed a brand new expansion and renovation in 2020 with five exam rooms, a large treatment room, separate canine and feline hospitalization wards, double surgical suite, double dental suite, a dedicated procedure room, and more. Our in-house laboratory consists of IDEXX hematology, chemistry, urine sediment analysis, coagulation profiles, and additional point-of-care testing. We offer full body digital radiography, digital dental radiography, and ultrasound. Anesthetic safety is a priority, with the use of sevoflurane inhalant and full anesthesia monitoring including end tidal CO2 to evaluate each individual patient.
We have openings for pre-veterinary and veterinary student summer interns to obtain hands-on experience in a clinical setting, working alongside our doctors and technicians. The summer case load offers a large variety of learning opportunities for students with an enthusiastic team to work alongside! On-site housing may be available if needed.
