  4. Based on our first visit we loved it. We have been to multiple vets trying to find a solution for our dog, this is the first vet that listened to us, actually tested what was on her skin and tried different medications than the same stuff that hasn’t been working that multiple other vets kept prescribing. So far we are extremely pleased and hope that continues so our dog can live her best life!! The vet was also extremely empathetic and caring and we are so grateful for that.

  7. I recently had to call Dr. Anderson for after hour emergency care for my 2 labs who unbeknown to me, got into rat poisoning. Unfortunately, it was too late for our one dog, but Dr. Anderson was able to save our other dog. I was an emotional wreck during our phone calls and in person appointment, yet Dr. Anderson was very patient and caring with us throughout everything. Our surviving dog, Kip, stayed at the clinic overnight and Dr. Anderson promptly shared any update with us and thoroughly explained any questions I had. My belly was in knots the whole time that Kip was in the hospital, but I also felt certain that he was in the best hands possible. Since Kip was able to come home, we have received multiple text check-ins wanting to know how he is doing. Compared to veterinary care we have received other places; I feel like the staff at Crosslake Veterinary hospital truly cares and is dedicated to the end outcome of the pet. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Anderson and his team for all the care they provided to Kip to ensure the best possible outcome. Thank you again!

  8. I would recommend Crosslake Vet to anyone. The staff there saved a family members dog twice. The staff is always friendly and patient and very very knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest place in around (you get what you pay for). But the friendly staff that know their stuff and state of the art clean organized facility make it all worth it. The pet desk app is the icing on the cake. They always respond very quickly and have always been able to get me in if it's urgent. We had a scare that our pets could have been exposed to a pet with an illness. Crosslake Vet staff got me in the same day to ease our concerns even though the earliest normal appointment was 2 days later. Reasons like that is why I would never go anywhere else. Their top notch care was worth the drive from New Ulm for my family member who's pet they saved. We have fully vaccinated happy healthy dogs. With all the supplies they need to keep them flea and tick free for the next couple months. All done in one visit. Very quick and easy.

  10. Had a medical emergency with our 14 month old lab while on a fishing trip 4 hours from home. Got a hold of Crosslake Saturday morning and they got us in right away! Dr. Sedivy did an amazing job diagnosing and taking care of my pup! Great facility and team! Caring and considerate group! Would definitely recommend!
